What's your tactic? I now have a solid stating word (many vowels) that got me good results in the past couple of games

Rugby, flick, shade. I go for any two and normally get enough letters to know the word. Sometimes it takes a third, been veeeery successful for me

I do something similar. I use RAISE, COUNT, and then GLYPH. It knocks out so many combinations of letters that even when I get very few hits it usually becomes obvious. Similar to the above, but I like getting all the vowels in the first two words.
