For some reason I was thinking of the first level in Hover! For Windows 95
"If one of those hovercraft see the player, a tone will sound, like a sonar ping, indicating they've seen the player, and will move to attack."

IBS is awful, a lot of times I think it’s indicative of unbalanced diets or maybe eating too much junk foods. I used to have an irritable bowel when I ate junk. But the cause is different for everyone and only a Dr can really tell

Yeah mine had me go on a bunch of elimination diets and nothing helped. I went on a wildly limiting diet for a month of mostly chicken and broccoli and that didn't help either so I'm just broken :)
