Turn off your phone for a while

I started doing this for a few hours before lunch to extend my battery life, but found that it actually improved my attention and productivity. I also made better choices from my less distracted state, in particular deciding I could skip an unhealthy snack etc.

This is actually not a bad idea at all. Although no hope for skipping unhealthy snacks.

I use chewing gum to minimise the snacks.

I tried, but the amount of chewing gums I can, well, chew escapes reality. Seriously, I thing I could get addicted.

Fair. I have forgetfulness on my side so once I've disposed of one chewing gum I seem to be okay.

I turn off my phone whatever I attend a concert. I won't record a video I'll never watch anyway
