-Sounding like a bowl of Rice Krispies when you get up in the morning.

-You start having pains in parts of your body that you previously didn't even know existed.

-Looking forward to having a nap mid-day.

-Farts can no longer be trusted.

-Running out of room in your medicine cabinet.

-When going to a party with your friends you bring salad instead of alcohol and leave early so you can still get a good nights rest.

-You spend most of your free time caring for your lawn and mowing even though it doesn't need it.

-You don't care what most of your wardrobe looks like so long as it's comfortable.

-You look forward to Bingo night every week and have a large selection of Bingo dabbers in multiple colors.

-The weather forecast is the most important part of the news.

Taking a piss at least once in middle of the night.

I've always done that.

Now, struggling to take a piss at least once a night is more like it

Reading Stephen King's Revival in which he likens ageing to boiling a frog. You don't anything much day-to-day.

Requiring reading glasses at 41 was a wake up call for me. Just recently I noticed my hairline receding just a bit, also thinning. At 53, that was alarming to note, took it for granted I would always have a full head of nice hair.
