There's a pretty substantial chunk of not-texas north of the actual texas that i would just mark with a ? or possibly a dragon, but this map is largely correct otherwise

As a non-American, I would personally label roughly the top half of this "Texas" as "corn"
I don't actually know if that is the right area for the endless corn, but I know it's somewhere in there

Legit it's pretty accurate, except "Florida" is taking up too much "Texas" space in the South.
