They must have used a super fast shutter speed to take this picture, otherwise he would just be a blur. I bet they never knew what the sign said until they saw the picture, just before the plane crashed and the camera was destroyed. RIP
Skydivers fall down vertically and planes fly horizontally. So either the plane is dropping like a stone with the skydiver, or the skydiver is actually flying horizontally along with the plane.
