Maybe you’re new to r/stopdrinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe you’re like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe you’ve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.
It doesn’t matter if you’re still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, lets not drink alcohol!

Good morning! I've sort of mostly got a decent fitness habit going of getting into the gym atleast 3 times a week. Pushing that higher this week and hopefully I can stick to it!

Weird thunderstorm here this morning, I can't recall that happening before. We normally only have them in the afternoon. Still waiting to hear if I got the new job, but also still not drinking poisonous alcohol today. Hope everyone has a great day!
