Okular on windows keeps forgetting where I left off

windows 10 Installed okular with chocolatey I mostly view large textbooks with more than 500 pages and file sizes > 20 MB

Please report this on https://bugs.kde.org/. I can't find a bug that looks like the same issue at least.
