I'm European and I've never seen 'em, alway thought they were American...

We have a few Costco's in Australia, it's generally the cheapest place to buy petrol. But it's not convenient to get there from the suburbs in my city

I've gotten this combo dozens of times in the past year. More calories per buck than some meals you could make yourself these days.
