[Charles Watts] Cedric Soares agents actively looking for transfer after clear Arteta message

Pretty sure Mik has been trying to make it clear for awhile now, not sure how much more clear he can get.

Clearly he's not a bad influence on the dressing room or I think Arteta would have got rid of him last summer with the rest of the dead-wood. Would be nice to move him on though.
