anyone know what this clothing is called? Sleeveless tunic and long vest do not give me desireable options.

It's a gambeson, if it had sleeves it would be a doublet.

Looks like a sleeveless jacket with pantaloons.

Reminds me of a sleeveless Nehru jacket.
