I played this a bit a few months ago and it felt really grindy. Lots of just going back and forth getting rocks so you can get a bigger ship to get more rocks at a time. But then that's ETS/ATS, farm sim, and lots of other work sims.
I'll have to check it out again to see the new stuff.
