Who makes the best pneumatic impact wrench that is budget friendly?

What's your favorite brand that doesn't require a personal loan like Snap-On? I want affordable Ugga duggas.

AIRCAT 1150 if you want a lot of torque. Small premium over the Harbor Freight offerings, but more reliable.
