Unable to change post sorting on unsubbed communities

I am able to change the post sorting on communities that I am subscribed to, but I can't seem to do so on communities that I am not subscribed to.

Nevermind. I did some more testing and it sense like ours just for communities that don't yet have a subscriber from my instance.

You're would it work in this scenario?
