She needs to be reelected next year. I don't think Wisconsin can survive without her efforts.

At the state Capitol, lawmakers are working on legislation to help increase the housing supply. That legislation could come up this fall.

This is what's really needed.

True, but that housing supply will be gobbled up by out of state investment buyers and pushed out of affordable range for actual homebuyers without something being done to block them.
