Actually, you might want to recount visible fingers. The size of the couch, that weird ass decor in the back, the angle of the windows, the way her hair wraps under her chin...
And it's just got that sort of blur to it that doesn't fit with real photographs.
I've seen deep couches like that for sale. It's not that odd. Also, I don't find it shocking that a porn studio would have deeper couches for more room to roll around on lol.

Look at how the pattern on her socks matches on both and is actually consistently spaced
Look at how the couch deforms where she's sitting and changes color where her sock has dragged
Look at how nothing in the background looks like it's melting or is hard to make out
The glass covering the lamps is normal and not completely fucked

Dude, she plainly has a human amount of fingers. The shot is done with a wide angle lense which is the problem with perspective you're having.
There's nothing about this that is even slightly suspicious.
