I give Eve a try every ten years. I'm almost due for my third attempt. (2004, 2014, 2024).

On my last attempt at EVE I found out it was purchased by a Korean MMO company that really changed the feel of the game. I feel like they've gone all in on hooking whales as their primary revenue stream

Faction warfare seems to be getting the most attention/iteration at the moment. I'd recommend looking there and if you haven't gone the PVP route, try there! A lot of good small fights in as little as t1 frigates can be had on the regular. A lot of public fleets flying with Sedition. who are hosting 3-4 fleets a day!

Also on my third attempt, always sort of burn out after a few month of gameplay :)

As I posted above, try out faction warfare if you haven't recently. It's pretty PVP centric but with a low barrier to entry.

Not just nullsec, this works for highsec mining too. Or like every other activity in Eve LOL.
