I hate to be a downer, but this triggers my not-real detectors. Is there a news story attached?

It really set off mine too. So I dug a little. I can't find a source I really like on it, but maybe you can. They are called jimbacrinus bostocki apparently and are a type of crinoid looking through Google. I don't think it's ai though. There's pictures dated years back. If say if it's faked it's practical effects due to how old some of the interweb links are, and that there are other examples. I don't see a Wikipedia page on it.
