Checking out the GameGear library on my flash cart. First game is "5 in 1 Funpack" by Interplay. It's a game collection of 5 board games: backgammon, checkers, reversi, chess and yahtzee (here as "yacht").

Chess is working as expected, but doesn't seem to have an opening library. Or not a very exhaustive one at least. Easiest level should be okay to beat for inexperienced players.

Reversi and checkers play as expected, too. I must say I am ver bad at both, failing to grab the border squares.

Yacht is actually Yahtzee, but probably renamed for trademark reasons. The rules are a bit weird, full house counts as the dice values, not 25 points.

Backgammon is a solid implementation of the board game. Different levels give novices like me a chance to actually win!

@root42@chaos.social There is a Yacht game according Wikipedia, with this scoring: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yacht_(dice_game)

There are several similar, but not completely identical, rule sets for this game. This version is the common where I come from: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yatzy

Both score Full House as dice values, so always try to get it using 3x6 + 2x5 for maximum points.
