Not looking for everyone's favorite if all time, but if you want to kick back on Saturday and enjoy a glass, what are you going with?

Appleton 12 is usually my go to. Not so spendy that I feel I need to commit to the drink, but solid enough I can enjoy straight.

Right now, it's Doorly's 12, neat. The price point is great, and it's complex enough if I'm just getting a glass of something.

I'll put that in my list to keep an eye out for.

If you have a total wine nearby they usually stock it, <$30 for a bottle

If I see one, I'll grab it!

My go to for just sipping is Smith and Cross or El Dorado 12.

I do enjoy the smith and cross funk, but that is a slow sipper for me due to the strength.

I'm just starting on my rum journey. My girlfriend bought a bottle of Bacardi 8 year. I've been enjoying that lately. I'm still a novice, so I drink it with ice.

No judgement on how you enjoy it, that's just personal preference. I used to just drink it with coke before I found good sipping ones.
