I also painted a 20 marine box of alpha legion. My formula after a lot of attempts: 1 part lamia medium 4 parts green ink 1 part blue ink
That was painted over a very bright silver base of game color chainmail silver.
Achieved a very similar look.

This is kroxigor green contrast paint over black with a zenithal prime of leadbelcher. I've seen people mix in (I think) aethermatic blue to give it a slightly more blue tint, but I'm happy with how it turned out.
