Personally, I thing the Visual Look Up of laundry or car symbols is so coool. Can’t wait to try it out!

Just tried it. In the first image it didn’t identify anything, so I took a second one. Now it can read the text. BTW it identified the laundry symbols as 的达叉＆网. The search results weren’t particularly helpful. I never saw any star buttons anywhere, so I guess this feature isn’t really a thing in my phone.

Also, what about sideloading of apps? Is that a thing in iOS 17 now?

Annoying, but as long as they do it I'll be pleased. I'm hoping this'll also mean that we'll get some browsers that aren't Safari in a trench coat.

Well technically you can install 3rd party apps using AltStore since iOS 14 (?). It’s a hassle to set up and you have to be at home every week (it needs to be at same network with your pc). But you don’t need rooting!!!
And since I sideload only YouTube and YouTube music (same apps as I had sideloaded with android) and I after Covid still don’t travel for longer than 1 week.
(Yes, I lost bet and I had to start using iPhone for two years)

I have a photo gallery that is a mess to scroll and find anything. I would like to see a new approach to solving this problem (if possible at all).
