I found EU day hard, I need to replay Kotor, or actually read some of the books ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

My first SW book was the Death Troopers audiobook, and that got me hooked.

The X-wing books are pretty good and not overly dense. I'd say they're a good entry point for EU reading.

They're juvenile fiction, but I still really enjoy the Galaxy of Fear books as well. Fairly easily digestible.
