Hello !astrophotography,
Show us your rig!
As we're migrating to the fediverse, we're going to bring over some of our recurring posts from the old sub, including the post your rig thread! We'll likely do a new one once or twice a year as we grow.
Feel free to show off your newest and greatest gear here. It's nice to see some of the different approaches people take to shooting their astrophotos, and it can give some of our newer enthusiasts an example to follow.
Here's a template if you need one. Please post pics of your setup if you can!

My current DSO rig
It's pretty much unchanged in the last 3 years, and I've mostly just focused on automation and getting as much exposure time out of it as possible when it's not cloudy. About a year ago I moved to an apartment with Bortle 8+ light pollution, and the roof over my balcony severely limits how much sky I have to work with. Despite this, I've managed to get over 250 hours of exposure time on DSOs this year. (with occasional trips out to dark sites like the Deerlick Astronomy Village)
DSO Equipment:
TPO 6" F/4 Imaging Newtonian (flocked and shower capped)
Orion Sirius EQ-G
ZWO ASI1600MM-Pro
Skywatcher Quattro Coma Corrector
ZWO EFW 8x1.25"/31mm
Astronomik LRGB+CLS Filters- 31mm
Astrodon 31mm Ha 5nm, Oiii 3nm, Sii 5nm
Agena 50mm Deluxe Straight-Through Guide Scope
ZWO ASI-120MC for guiding
Moonlite Autofocuser
Other Equipment:
Meade 12" Lightbridge
Meade ETX125EC + accessories
Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8
Eyepieces I got for a steal on Craigslist
Canon T3i (astro modded)
ZWO ASI-290MC (for dark site guiding and cloud monitoring)
Orion 2x54 binos
