I honestly enjoy my work, it’s the gormless dipshits I work alongside who refuse to read documentation, never try to diagnose or problem solve, write emails like nepo-baby interns, and get huffy if you challenge them to do better while handholding through the process for the Nth time - they’re the source of my frustration.
honestly the reason I hate work is I resent the things I need to get done. bills. taxes. permits. etc. thing is that the bill side has just gotten worse and worse if you don't put your bank account in their system. I mean common we can clearly see how they are trying to force this instead of making all forms of payment easier. Its causes everyone to do a crappier job at work and ironically screws the businesses doing it as the other businesses are to and now they all just do a shit overall job.
