That's not the Emergency Mirror Hologram. That's the Evil Medical Hologram. He's from the Darkest Timeline with Evil Abed. Just look at their matching beards.

Lol, yep. Though I didn't know that either until I was trying to find a mirror universe beard to 'shop onto The Doctor. And had I been familiar with the source material (Community is still on my to-watch list), I'd have probably called it the Evil Medical Hologram which would have been better than what I posted lol.
