FYI - No Name branded pasta gets imported from Turkey. What pasta brands are made in Canada?

Found this absolutely insane. I already am skeptical about the difference in quality of pasta shipped in from Italy, but it's not like Turkey is world-renowned for their pasta like Italy is.

Personally making the swap to purchasing Unico branded pasta since they're made in Canada with Canadian wheat, and I know Italpasta is also made here as well. Figured sharing this information may help people make a swap, but also curious about other brands that make their pasta within our borders rather than ship them in.

Italpasta has a plant in Brampton, one of the hottest building's I've ever been inside.

Don't ask where the olives in "Italian" olive oil come from.

I believe Costco has a similar problem with imported spaghetti pasta from Italy albeit a little a bit closer to the great white north.

Even their non-No name, PC brand pasta is from turkey.

Only the really expensive black label PC pasta is from italy.

TBH, i ate the PC brand pasta (from turkey) for many years and it was quite good

But i've stopped giving money to galen weston and co since almost 2 years ago.
