Since I only logged-in today after almost a year, I just found out I missed the window. Bye Year 13 medal. 😭

@gcvsa@mstdn.plus Hehe. Yep, still alive. Although I can't say the same for the local community. Flipping portals rarely happens, unless one is in a very active area.
Not like in the game's first 7 years, it was not easy to maintain L7 & L8 portals because it's hunted down.
Although in Japan, the local players are still very active.

@youronlyone@c.im I played for a short time when I live in Seattle, but I moved back east in 2014, and there wasn't much activity here, so I dropped it in favor of LoveLive! School Idol Festival.

Niantic released Monster Hunter, but requires a high end phone 😅 I'm not sure how popular it is. Ingress and Pokémon Go are still their main source, IMO.

@youronlyone@c.im I loved it, I played the original SIF for about 7 years, then switched to playing DanMachi Memoria Freese, then SIF2 for the 3 months it was open before they shut it down. I miss it alot, because I adore LoveLive! and the music.
