my neighbot has a cat that likes to hang between the blinds and the window. Curiously does not seem to care whats happening outside which I would think would be the point of being at the window but maybe it just wants sun.

Yeah, the blinds trap the heat so it's kind of like cozying up with a blanket to them I think
