Welcome to the 24 hour pledge! Iâm pledging myself to not drinking today, and invite you to do the same.
Maybe youâre new to c/stop drinking and have a hard time deciding what to do next. Maybe youâre like me and feel you need a daily commitment or maybe youâve been sober for a long time and want to inspire others.
It doesnât matter if youâre still hung over from a three day bender or been sober for years, if you just woke up or have already completed a sober day. For the next 24 hours, letâs not drink alcohol!

I'm sitting here, bored as hell in a sober living house. Struggling to not lose my mind right now, but just keep remembering I've got 37 days clean and sober for the first time in forever.
The cravings are real as fuck.

I appreciate it. I'm struggling for sure. Stuck inside at the sober house for a few more days - blackout period and all that. The house is in the hood. Literally heard automatic gunfire last night. Ugh. I'm just venting and I'm done now. For now lol.

Vent away. Iâm sorry the location sucks. My sister in law went thru it and sheâs done amazingly well for two years now. Itâs one day at a time. And we are always here when you need an ear. â¤ď¸
