I didn't spend too much time on the WNC sub, but live in Upstate SC, and we're looking at property between Hendersonville and Asheville so I figured I'd sub here.
Took me a long time to find this, largely bc I'd searched immediately post-divergence and didn't see a community at the time. I'm here now, though. Hello!
