I have no idea if this is true or not but I tried to translate the tattoo.

The text in the image is "您昨檸檬做檸檬水," which translates to "You made lemonade yesterday."

It's riley reid-- last time I saw her I looked it up and I think it's more along the lines of the old "when life gives you lemons make lemonade"
