I got my retropie up and running!

I need to get a remote for this TV now so I can fix the picture but otherwise I'm very happy with how this turned out!

Now you just need to figure out how to mod your TV for RGB cause that image looks awful.

Yeah sadly it doesn't have any image controls on the TV itself I need to find a universal remote so I can adjust that picture

Adjusting the picture with the remote can't fix image artifacts if you're not sending a clean signal to begin with. You need to mod the TV.

Here, just watch this video. It explains what I'm talking about.

I have that same case lol. It's so cute! I noticed you're using an HDMI converter- is there a benefit over native composite out?

The raspberry pi I got didn't appear to have a composite out so this seemed like the simplest solution at the time. Thanks to your comment I just now realized that the headphone port is a hybrid composite out so I may try that next and see if there's a big difference!

If you try it, let me know! I'm using composite out on my 4b and it's ok but I do feel that it could be better.

I used that same HDMI converter for my Roku I have on another old TV and it works great!

I'd also recommend getting a Wii and modding that. The Wii can emulate a lot of systems and of course also allows you to play Gamecube and Wii games. One of the easiest ways to play games on a CRT. You might wanna look into it.
