I once thought I saw Stu Henson of Illinois State University upload a video to IRC in ‘99, but he said it was only the opening animation of his AOL disk.

Nope. Sorry about that. But the storage costs of videos alone is a factor for us. You'll have to upload it somewhere else and link it here.

No. The upload of video was never invented. Its an internet myth that video can be uploaded
