Also the whole point is to manipulate you into buying their product, which is inherently unethical and undesirable, no matter any other accidental features of the advert.

@JackGreenEarth Oh yeah for sure! I just think it's important to draw attention to the less obvious deceptions that are often employed in the marketing and advertising business. It is important to be aware just how deep the manipulation goes!
