Posts on !news_summary@lemmy.dbzer0.com seem to exist on dbzer but dont seem to be getting federated across to lemm.ee. That site thats hows the federation lag of any 2 given instances indicate that there are no issues? Whats going on here?

There seems to be issues indeed: https://grafana.lem.rocks/d/bdid38k9p0t1cf/federation-health-single-instance-overview?orgId=1&var-instance=lemmy.dbzer0.com&var-remote_instance=lemm.ee

Oo this looks nice any source for dashboard? I'd like use it in my grafana instance for monitoring my server.

You can export the dashboard as JSON and then add it to your own grafana

I did try that I think my grafana is newer and stuff is deprecated. Also looks like it may need https://github.com/Nothing4You/lemmy-federation-exporter

that's unlikely, i'm running 11.2.4 currently.
yes, you'll need to run that exporter against each instance you want to be monitoring.
my setup looks more or less like this: https://github.com/Nothing4You/grafana.lem.rocks
depending on the grafana version you are using you may be running into this bug though: https://github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/96356

Can I add that as a graph in dashy?

Not sure what you mean about the source, the dashboards are managed by @Nothing4You@programming.dev

I've been noticing federation issues repeatedly these past days. Mastodon posts, comments and interactions are rarely visible from Lemm.ee
