Putin is looking for a bigger war, not an off-ramp, in Ukraine

This guy can't seem to comprehend that the west is approaching his whole thing as though it's a toddler trying to fight a grown man. The moment they decide the joke is over then Russia becomes a parking lot. This isn't like when Afghanistan or even Iraq were invaded and people felt bad about it and protested in massive demonstrations. This will be a war where people will be out for blood.

It that's what this wannabe gangster goofball wants, then he can keep poking and see what happens I guess. No shortage of dictators who learn a brutal lesson in history.

Apparently satellite footage shows much more damage on the other side of that crater (behind the photographer).
