I can't help but feel like this joke image is almost redundant now that we have this:

I'm reminded of Time Killers wher the main character Rancid has an X carved into his forehead, it's a reference to Charles Manson's swastika tattoo, because it was the 90's and edgy = kewl
Of course you freeze frame on the exact moment it looks like a swastika. He was actually just in the middle of a really big sneeze that happened twice accidentally one after the other. Definitely he's a good person and should be the presidentvice president just some guy in government
