Those who support JD Vance don't care about evidence. They didn't care about it when it came to sex education, abortion, vaccines, or science in general.
They really do believe that not all people are created equal and that only certain people (that look like them) should be procreating. Any policy that benefits everyone is doomed to fail because it also helps the people they hate and they'd rather go extinct than help a bunch of brown people/immigrants make more babies.
