Busy as fuck week ended badly. Obligations for the weekend unexpectedly cancelled so looking forward to some well earned time with my wife. Just not sure how that will take shape yet
Time together is nice. I'd just like it to not be us watching netflix with the dog sat in-between us
Amusingly my idea weather permitting is taking the dog to a beach to be away from the stresses. (The down side to working from home is your never far from disaster)
Six nashuns stairts the nicht wi France vs Wales openin. Yaaas, beers an burgers fer this loon. Aff tae Murrayfield the moro tae swatch Italy, an mah Dad's in toon an aww. Pray fer mah liver. Bookies hae us winnin by 16+, it's nae gonna be that big a rout, shuid be fun!
Out for dinner and a catch up with some friends tonight! Tattie scone nachos, chicken burrito bowl then went to an ice cream shop for donuts and ice cream! Delicious!!
Got another friend coming for lunch on Sunday but I dunno what to make!! Suggestions welcome!!
Basically tattie scones quartered/thirded into smaller triangles. Deep fried. Sprinkled with parmesan and served with salsa and sour cream! I think you could make more of it by adding haggis then cheese!!
