Unfortunately yes. There are some exceptions, like French Guyana in South America being in the European Union, but that's because it's under the republic of France.

It hasn't even been two fucking weeks. We're still 2 weeks away from being 1/52 of the way through this hell (assuming we still have sections in 4 years)
