I recently rewatched The Pitt. Is it possible to make a comedy of a fake ER doctor/team, but every case they get, they do the most over the top, risky, SurgerySimulators lever procedure, and every patient dies.
Hand burn? We need to intabate and cut open their heart just in case. Ankle sprain? We need a pelvic exam and a head CT STAT.
Or are those jokes too 2000s for 2026. (Early south park had that doctor who didn't know what he was doing)
