Can someone build an apk of this git release if u have android studio ready?

This is called starlight launcher...the dev just pushed a release zip but didnt giv apk or update app in playstore. So if anyone is able then i appriciate the help if u could build an apk for it. Im nub to build stuff, i only know how to download :'( Btw this is a really cool looking minimal launcher if u wanna try it out yourself O.O
