It got browner when I added the maple syrup.

How was it? Would you recommend this place? I'm usually pretty leery of buffets, especially these days.

It wasn't great but it wasn't terrible. The eggs were a lot better than I expected them to be, but the sausage was some weird kind that had chewier skin than I expected. Not bad, just different. I did appreciate the real maple syrup at the table, but I suppose that's to be expected in Canada. It was also relatively inexpensive for the area- $11.99 CAD per person. Compare that to the $150 CAD I spend for three people at the Rainforest Cafe.

It needed an omelet bar though.

Wow, eggs are usually terrible at buffets.

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised about that part.

What is it? I see toast, scrambled eggs, sausages and a waffle, but I don't recognise those things that look food-court style sweet and sour pork and whatever that stuff on side the toast surface is .

French toast and some sort of fried donut things that were chewy and tasty.
