I dislike car infrastructure as well, but this is a freaking freeway off-ramp. Why would anyone want a bike path onto the freeway?

The real question is why does the city build 4 lane off-ramps off a 5 lane freeway in the first place. This is where you could go fuck cars and demand the money to be invested into a metro system instead.
