You don't see 500's very often anymore. I bought one as my first bike probably 12 or 13 years ago. I have put so many mile on the damn thing. Few years ago I hit a deer on it. I tore of most of the front fairing but it still runs. Your bike looks beautiful. I like the aftermarket exhaust.
Do those ears get a lot of drag? I guess it depends on the speeds you're normally travelling but I feel like that would just constantly be trying to pull your head back.

They don't till you get up to top speeds of UK roads. and it's only a little at 60 - 70 but above can pull a lot.
