That's a modern gadet you can get on Temu/Aliexpress so someone could have seen it while shopping.

Yeah I mean I bought that one while I was high as a kite one night. And I'm really glad I didn I much prefer it to normal clippers. I still need a normal nail file as the spinny one built in doesn't work great on the corners of my nails, but other than that I find the overall experience much better.
