Water droplet physics and lighting are not quite right but it is hard for me to pick out the specifics. It is pretty good though. Running on your hardware? Model? How long to gen?

I used https://www.klingai.com/ for this. Working around the restrictions.. Tried hunyuan with comfyUI today but it's too slow with my 64gb..

I haven't messed with video at all. I'm too worried it will be like flux and run super hot on my GPU. With 16GB GPU on a laptop heat is too concerning when the load is all GPU. ComfyUI needs split loads more like llama.cpp.
If you have access to the neg prompt, try "OCD". It might help with the bikini alteration or have other interesting effects on images.
