Can't a picture not also be a photo? Nice to see that you found the photographer.
But what I wondered is how can you make a photo of the inside of a mushroom with the grass visible as well. How can you hold a camera like that, or is there some special angle lens involved. But I guess if you aren't the original photographer it is hard to answer that question.

I said it was a real photo because I post AI generated images. A lot of people hate AI "art", but I think it's neat.

Twitter says the photographer is Isabelle Soule, but I couldn't find any more info about her.
