I checked what games these are and most of them are old. it's like going from 250fps to 220fps, doubt it'll have any significant effect

That was my thought as well. Couple of years ago I was playing a game on my 3080 with PhisX that had a toggle for CPU emulation instead of GPU and since I was on a 165 FPS cap because of my monitor I didn’t notice the difference.
